During the past few weeks I have needed to buy several items concerning my new satellite set up and I found them all on Amazon.fr. Although we have been here for more than 20 years I have bought just one thing from Amazon, about 12 years ago. Amazon found my existing account, allowed me to change my forgotten password and I got on with buying the goods and joined up with the dreaded Prime almost free 30 day trial. Everything arrived the next day! I know many people are against Amazon for probably good reasons but I can’t fault them for this transaction. Even updating my French bank card went smoothly although it did involve wandering around our garden to find a mobile signal for the security code text. I still can’t quite believe that France has changed so much. The next task is to buy Bonios to get through to the end of July or the dog will be annoyed at bedtime.

Use amazon.fr a lot, can't fault them, german amazon is good also, used to use amazon.uk to send here sometimes but after brexit only for grandkids over there pressies.

Placed an order on July 1st on Amazon.com from a US company for a motor part not normally available in Europe. Interestingly it arrived on Thursday through an Irish supplier with non of the VAT etc etc issues which have been discussed elsewhere.

Absolutely can't fault the service. Order on a Sunday arrives Tuesday. I ordered some Christmas items from Amazon.de last year and again delivery was within a couple of days. Ditto the speed of service. Friday lunchtime I used a friends Prime account to place an order, arrived the next morning at 10:00

I ordered a couple of things from amazon.fr this afternoon. I received an email giving me the delivery date almost immediately. Within an hour I received a second email telling me that one of the items will be arriving even sooner than they’d said. Great service.

You all just got a big "thank you" for paying for the giant penis ride to the edge of space on Tuesday.

"to the edge of space" only, so not full penetration; a pretty ineffective penis in that case.

We all have "needs must" when it comes to things we need, so have to weigh up good and bad to suit our own lifestyles.
