If it is only for Gite it should get little use as a drier, especially if you offer an outside clothes line, Bosch is the make I would go for. When we had a Gite, we did not offer a tumble drier, never even thought of it and no-one ever mentioned the lack of one. Friends use a DriBuddi, which they keep in a cupboard out of the way until they want to use it, they say it is very economical to use. DriBuddi

Its a few years since but I did read a report that the combis were the least reliable of white goods, but if you by a good make then you should be ok, as for big "American" type fridge/ freezers we have a new "Samsung" and it rating is F so not too good, but chilled water, cubed ice, crushed ice on demand, so you make your choice and then have to pay for it with slightly higher bills.

Not keen on a large uneconomic fridge for my ice. I wait until deep winter an grab icicles off the mountain rocks for my vodka.
