One change that is a bit bizarre: no right to eat or drink on long-distance transport, including trains and coaches, even seated, but restaurants and cafés can still remain open. Five or six hours on a coach or a train with nothing to eat or drink will be difficult for many. It is to stop those who would avoid wearing a mask at all by consuming a ham and cheese baguette and a bottle of Evian over a 4 hour period.

It is to stop those who would avoid wearing a mask at all by consuming a ham and cheese baguette and a bottle of Evian over a 4 hour period. here (Spain) you are supposed to replace your mask between bites, sips; even if you are sitting outside. A fine could be levied but I think they have better things to do. It is written in b n w as a law.
