Each to their own choice. Everyone's choice is they're own, I wouldn't dream of telling someone what to do, or not do. Does that include those who choose not to be vaccinated?

I would try to suggest the reasons why they should be vaccinated, and if it is someone I know and have contact with, I would choose to stop seeing them

A couple, who are golfing friends of his, are staunchly anti-vaccine. Their other friends have tried persuading them about the pluses of being vaccinated but to no avail. OH tried convincing them early on but has now given up. He visits them regularly for a coffee (husband of the couple was a 'torréfacteur' so his coffee is excellent) as they now can't go out for a coffee or a meal. They don't visit any friends at all. They are slowly becoming somewhat isolated. It is a strange situation.

Perhaps living in isolation and not being able to do the things they want to do, will make them (and other anti vaxers) change their minds?

As he lives in UK and I don't, it's going to be a while before I see him. Edited to add that he is 17 so old enough to understand why I wouldn't be happy to be in same room or hug him. Being outside, masked and 2 metres distance would have little risk.
