I am not a huge cheese fan, but someone once mentioned Laguiole cheese (mangetout ?) comparing it I think to Wensleydale ..........its on offer this week at Inter so I picked up a lump....very nice indeed.

Tonight it will be Zaalouk with Lamb Tagina to follow, no not Tagine, with a Pastilla au Pigeon. Almond Pastries to follow all washed down with a bottle or two of Guerrouane.

We had a totally delicious Thai fashion prawn curry. Made by OH of course.
He's having sausages tomorrow and I shall make some spicy red bean patties for me .. yum 😊

I am eating too many beans atm, but I can heartily recommend a brand cassegrain, Haricots coco cooked with tomatoes......that is pieces of real tomato and not bad at all with your brekkie although I expect the French use them in a much more refined fashion. |

I'm having a meal from the freezer. Pork casserole, cooked with lentils, split peas and prunes (I know, gas ......), served with cauliflower and carrots. Plus a glass of sauvignon blanc.
