Mon Dieu!
I had no idea that it was living accomodation inside let alone one that was clearly well loved and looked after.
I thought it was simply an old barn or if converted then the inside would have been like the photos you have shown of many of the hovels.
How can someone spend so much time & money on an internal conversion without first resolving the structural integrity?
The old line "it could literally fall down on your head" is trotted out far too often regarding buildings like mine with no foundations but in this case it is an understatement.

The parpaings that you can see are shoring up the mur pignon which has collapsed on the RH side and has already toppled several degrees lifting the front corner of the roof.
As Mysty says the wall will need knocking down and rebuilding on a foundation and also the return sections of the front & rear wall, without the list it could have been shored up, underpinned and the missing sections rebuilt.
Short of undermining the LHS there is no way of getting it back in a vertical plane and that would likely result in the LHS collapsing as well if not the whole wall.
I can see from the photos that that end of the building remains as a barn & the living accomodation is at the other end, same construction so same risk of collapse.

The front is not too bad its pulled out the wall but just about a meters worth. The back wall has been completely rebuilt. I offered 3000 under the asking price, they tried pushing me up 1000 but holding out and not bothered whether or not we get it. Tomorrow buy is better.

We got an email yesterday from the agent selling the house to confirm it was sold at the full asking price two days after we viewed. The French are buying almost anything cheap just now.
