So when you write a cheque you are giving the person your bank account details, your signature and if in France your location.

So when you write a cheque you are giving the person your bank account details, your signature and if in France your location. And your money. This is only to one person and your bad luck if he is a half clever forger, whereas, a digital signature is available to any good hacker. We're doomed I tell you.

All this at a time when the powers that be are pushing us ever closer to a cashless system. The banks, or government, or any clever hacker can empty your digital account in seconds. They are already preaching that this is necessary progress.

Don't knock it! They're very useful towards the end of a month, or for peeing off the types in a supermarket who jostle...

Don't knock it! They're very useful towards the end of a month, or for peeing off the types in a supermarket who jostle... And of course sending them off for payment, having forgotten to sign them, gains valuable time.
