I'm trying to make this picture larger and clearer, I have tried the usual simplton way. Do I need to buy some kind of software thank you  |

Did the simpleton way include on the phone - either on the photo or for future pictures changing the picture size in your phones camera settings.

The photo you posted is only 186 x 140 pixels in size so any attempt to expand it will inevitably result in pixilation.
If that's all you've got no software will overcome that limitation.
