The second comes with the cistern (réservoir), the first doesn't: scroll down to Caractéristiques techniques and look at Type de produit.

For the second post FFS, do either of those come with the cistern, or is that excluding on both? The second one in the second post has the same Villeroy et Boch reference as the second one in the first post, which comes with the cistern, so I'd say the 2nd Sanitino one is the one to go for.

The listings on the second posting are both cuvettes only = Toilet Pan
Editted, my mistake, the second one is both elements as FFS said subsequently.
The first posting has the cuvette (pan) only and the second is the cuvette with réservoir (cistern) Loadsamoney for a throne, do they feel worth it when they are put to use? A tip regarding WC suspendus, (hidden built in cistern toilets) the mechanisms on all of them can leak so keep an eye on them, the Brico-depot ones are the worst but OK if you are around to keep an eye on them, the Leroy Merlin ones are much better and there is a big range of prices, what they will admit if you ask is that they all use the same reservoir, mechanism and pan, all that you get for your extra money is a different seat (& they are all pretty similar)a different operating faceplate and more metal on the framework that is supposed to be auto-portant floor fixing only but which will wobble like mad and be nowhere as strong and rigid as the basic one with the additional rear wall fixings. The basic ones are great value, they make their money upselling to the percieved added value (not) higher end models.

I am using my iPad and I think I can see all the information. As far as I can make out, it looks like the second link on your first posting is the only one that includes the reservoir. That one is of course the most expensive at about 501€. I think this fits with FFS.…edit….and pcpa who posted at the same time.

As a tip. If you are thinking of buying a bidet toilet seat (I would recommend Thalia type II €200 +) check the WC bowl length from seat fixing holes to front of bowl and compare it to the bidet seat. The Leroy Melin units are very short.

Just a warning on V&B or at least some of their units. If you need to make any adjustments or replace to the toilet seat, you have to pull the whole unit away from the wall.
A lot of work for what should be a minor task.

I have two suspend WCs I specified "Geberit" systems, the bowls were picked by the plumber "Jacob Delafon of Paris" but they are "Sans Bride" a more hygienic bowl it says, however it doesn't flush the front of the bowl very well, if you leave a bit of paper at the front it doesn't always flush it down so would not recommend this type of non rim design.
