Find the equivalent with a french plug and have a go.
Security on these sort of products is not very good; easily hack able.

Providing that you have a suitable valve and an adjacent power source available why not give it a go. £24, not a lot to lose.

Is that posting a question?
What is it that you want to know?

The photos of the thing make it look incredibly shonky, held onto the pipe with a jubilee clip and a single one at that, lack of stiffness in the offset mounting bracket, shonky connection to the valve lever, if it worked in one direction it would likely spring off in the reverse direction. I definitely would not use it on a gas line.
Is your water supply pipe copper or PE?

I might need to swap the lever, i did find one with two clips on it so a much more secure connection, I am not convinced yet, but its a possibility

I am making a lot of assumptions here so correct me if I am wrong.
I am guessing you want to turn the water off when you leave the property - very sensible.
But when there is a cold snap turn the water and heating on remotely and then isolate the water supply afterwards.
No way would I trust any of those shonky things to turn off a lever operated ball valve and I dont give any credence to the comment - "Smart watering switch can support timing and detect the leakage condition, which is safe to use"
That thing as pictured would not detect a burst pipe and prevent you returning to a flooded house and a huge water bill.
There are remote water valves that operate using the mains pressure and are fail safe, I have one in the ground floor apartment to avoid having a dead leg in the piping, coming up to the isolator then down to cross the cave again before branching off and coming up to the sinks, toilet and shower.
It uses a diaphragm held open and closed by the mains pressure and has pneumatic tubes coming up to the rocker switch for an and off, maybe there is a modern Wifi connected one of these available, at least you could be sure that it would fail safe but could you be sure that it wont need rebooting before it would switch off? Wifi connected cameras frequently refuse to connect to the controller or router.

All of your comments are concerns I also have, timing and amount of contact with the pipe being one clip, I also dont know what the criteria is for it stopping in the correct places each time.......
This was the other one i found with two clips, but all the other stuff is still a worry......

That barely any stronger, its still an offset load and any stiffness in the valve (frequent) will have the operating arm forced upwards deflecting the support. It really should straddle the valve and clamp on both pipes.
You will note in the illustration that it is mounted onto galvanised steel conduit which would not be used for a domestic water supply.

Can o' worms. Wifi? Local WEP2? Remote over the internet? I'm a dunce when it comes to this IOT stuff, but I don't get a good feeling that this stepping motor control is IOT.
