Inspired by the forth road bridge and the wood was on promo. I thought I can do that. We have a small stream that runs through the garden and have never had the time over the years to do anything with the land so cleared a lot of the scrappy trees. It will be finished tomoroow afternoon other than treating the wood. If you click the pictures they get bigger.    |

Leclerc have cheap wood just now. 4m flooring beams just 16 euros Heavy duty planks 4m long just 7 euros. A bridge for just over 120 euros. ☺ |

Impressive. Yesterday I tried to level up a couple of pallets where I store my firewood because they were sinking and going a bit wonky. Continued until the pain stopped play only to find I've made them worse.
This kind of thing used to be so easy.

Here's one I made earlier. Tip. Don't use Alder tree trunks as they rot within 2 years as my BiL can attest, who fell in when it gave way  |
