In trying to book a 2nd covid booster for my husband I came up against a problem which consistently appears. The system insists he is 12 years old. When I first set up his account I made a mistake with his year of birth, but since then it has been rectified and shows correct on his profile. But for some reason it won't take it into account when booking a rdv. I end up making a rdv in my name, but he takes it. What am I doing wrong, any ideas.

Can you create a new account with all of the details correct? It might involve creating a new email address because some systems object to more than one person on one email for confidentiality reasons - which I can understand. I have a feeling that Doctolib is one of those.
