The men were unable to match them. Oxford were superb winning by few lengths from a very strong Cambridge crew. Good to see a break in the sequence.

Since when have men ever been able to match women? Yes I am male, but I always have hats off to women. When I worked for a living, I always recruted women staff if possible and that made the fellas work twice as hard to stay competitive.

When I worked for a living, I always recruted women staff if possible and that made the fellas work twice as hard to stay competitive. The Cambridge men who could not match the Cambridge women were beaten by the Oxford men. The Oxford women were unable to match their male counterparts. Now before Patricia kicks off on one, that's an observation, not an opinion nor a display of chauvinism. Men were always going to win the men's race and, well...

This is one of the "foreign" events I remember watching on tv whilst young before going to church on a sunday morning...
When ESPN first started on cable tv.
Never the women though, only the mens race.

But were they all wimmin? Who checked? Not those with Cox The men's cox can be and has been a woman. I don't know anything about the women's cox but I imagine, like it does for the men, size would matter. As does stroke and rhythm.
