As a Breton resident I'd just like to declare that I don't touch alcohol. There again, maybe I should be living in the South East. I only touch alcohol while out shopping, in gel form. At home I take it internally, in liquid form.

“odd that Tony Blair used to holiday in Saint-Martin-d'Oydes” ooooh....that’s very very very close to home… Joking about slackers aside  I suspect one of the reasons he stayed there is that he and Mrs Blair were “besties”, through connections made during their time in the legal profession, with the British couple who owned the chateau in the village, so perhaps he got “mates rates” A plaque celebrating his stay is still on a wall in the village…
