Just give it back to Spain and be done with it... It will happen sooner or later...

At the same time that Gibraltar was ceded to Britain, they also had to give up Sicily, Corsica, Naples amongst others.
Perhaps Spain should get them back too?

‘ Give it back? Who'd be doing the driving ?’
A bigger yellow taxi-driver maybe?
A ring-fenced parking lot to boo-hoot !

Any consumer society that cannot cope with its own waste products without shipping them to another country should take a long look at itself.
And before anyone posts that the UK and France do the same you can save your effort, I know.

Many of the tenants of my rental property would fit the bill, move into a house much larger than their needs with very little personal effects and furniture then immediately fill it with "supersize-me!" sofas, gigantic flat screen tvs in every room so that doors can not be opened and are either removed or folded back against the wall, then they spend all their time ordering Chinese tat on line and leaving the boxes and packaging strewn everwhere especially the terrace & gardens, generally they will put the bins out but that is all.
The curtains remain closed because they can no longer look out for all the junk piled up on the windowsill to the full height & then spiders webs take over.
The stairs are used as shelving and you are lucky to find the space to put one foot on each step.
There is acres of fitted wardrobe space which quickly gets filled up with tat & empty boxes & then the clothes are stored on the floordrobe.
Its not surprising that such a materialistic and consumer culture as the Principauté de Monaco with such a population density could not deal with its own rubbish without it being in view of its citizens.
