Having read a tip on here on how to delay the mix setting too fast I used the wet bags to stop it going off too fast in todays heat. Plus I could not have peed in all the mixes. It used 32 bags of ready mix the steel work was 180 euros that's got costly compared to last year. Will be laying three lines of grey brick on top so about 63cm then bringing the ground level up to build a double garage and level out the driveway.

Nothing is wrong with using it brian if you need 1 or 2 bags for a fence post or 2

ready mix? who uses that?? Millionaires Quick and easy to use no mixing just chuck it into the cement mixer and add water no phaffing about trying to remember how many gravel was that then, perhaps if one was building a flippin high rise flat one may just mix it by hand due to the costs.

There are also concerns of strength. A supporting wall, swimming pool, etc...

Sorry. Millionaires and billionaires. 7 x 2€ buckets. 2 sand 4 gravel 1water. Fill before each mix. Then you can't miscount. Even better 6 buckets. 5 all in mix beton, 1 water. Boom easy peasy don't forget the lemon squeazy. Less than half the cost, assuming 5 - 6€ a sac of ready mix, and no gym fees.
