Looking at the carrefour circled in red in the aerial view I cannot be 100% sure without seeing a wider shot but I would say they are both roads and the car park entrances (plural) are further down to the left.
So in the absence of signage and road markings I would say traffic taking the junction from the road, not car park entrance, upwards on the photo will have priorité over those on the other road going from left to right.
However vehicles leaving the car park exits left to right on the photo will not have priorité over those driving on the road from top to bottom, sorry for the confusing directions, I did not want to use North, South etc without knowing the compass orientation of the photograph.
When people say they were driving along a main road and someone pulled out on them from a minor side road on the right they are not looking at it in the correct manner.
Where PĂ D applies it does not matter how big or straight the road you are on is, those are not side roads on the right joining your road, they are effectively the main road that you are joining and you should treat them as such, the other drivers do not have to look in your direction any more than you have to keep a close eye on stationary trafic waiting at road junctions to the left joining your road.

@ pcpa: wider shot, huge parking, but not any public main road there. Google didn't dare to drive into this private parking area. Try to place a pedestrian on the "hot spot" to have a closer look, doesn't work here. You can walk along the Avenue Jean Jaures (red balloon) to inspect the frontier between public and private roads.

Thanks for that, in which case Pà D 100% applys at that carrefour although if you zoom in on the vehicles in the satellite view you can see that the light coloured vehicle turning right with priorité has been prevented from doing so by the blue vehicle!
But if he pulled out he would have to have stopped half way to give priorité to the other white vehicle coming from the right and turning across his bows.

@ pcpa, okay, Priorité à Droite. It's picture clear from our helicopter and knowing that everything down there is a parking. But as soon as you sit in the driver's seat, things look a bit different. It is so easy to think that you are the one who is driving on a main public road and that at your right hand you see the exit of a parking. Confusion time is there to stay until Leclerc decides to do something about it, for an enhanced client experience.... Google Earth picture: on the road with your shopping list, let's hurry.

As I said, I know the car park well. The junction was, until redevelopment, PaD and treated as such. It isn't now. Mysty's incident must have occurred pre 2020. I'd still argue knock for knock, pre 2020. I was rear ended there just off shot at the junction with the main road. Not my car and no damage thankfully. You, RA, might have been more use than I, had there been damage, as the car's owner was Dutch. "Godverdomme" or something like that.

Ik ben positief. You're roving reporter on the scene. It's a stop.
