It must be new as I don't remember seeing it.
Update : Just had a look and it's definitely there - I reckon it's a 'nouveauté'.
I am pleased as I have just learned how many actual m2 we have in our house as the estate agent we bought through had a stab at calculating the total but was obviously no good at arithmetic as he was over generous in his calculations.

I saw it a month or so ago, dont know how long it has been there, its very good because it also gives you the index de vétusté which is something the tax office guard like its a state secret and it took all my skills to wheedle out of them so I could challenge it and get it downgraded.
It doesn't have my new property on there so I dont know if it only shows résidence principales, foyer fiscales or all properties but is only updated once a year.
One feature I have used for years is the transactions immobiliers to see how much places have sold for and what their superficie habitable and terrain sizes were, year of build etc, you can even search for immeubles de rapport.
