Unless you say so in the sales contract. It"s a shame they left this one two flights of stairs to get rid of it   Could be wireless switches

I'm sorry, the best I can offer is nearly half of one flight of stairs with a couple of missing treads. I think that's more than generous. Deal or no deal?

Couldn't you get it through the window? Usually works for me. That's worked in the past but this one is in a busy village with passing vehicles.

I was labouring for a pub landlord back when I first arrived in UK. We were renovating a flat above his wife's hairdressing salon. He was doing away with a bath to install a shower. My gosh don't those cast iron baths make a noise when they hit the ground after being pushed out of an upstairs window.

Dont know when it was Aa but they are very collectable now, to be turned into a settee, our late son had one made, not too comfy.

I suppose very much "on trend" but sounds hideous. Could probably do with some sort of heating element in winter.
