What was special about last night?
Every restaurant we passed was packed even the ones that are normally very quiet.

On the way back home I noticed that one or two of the resto’s were very busy and wondered about the miss-match. The Floyd were playing in Paris but that would hardly be a reason.

Many French Catholics celebrate La Chandaleur or Candlemass is held on February 2 nd so many hold it over until the following weekend. It’s us ually celebrated with a meal and piss-up.
