I just looked in an old cash box where I keep my coin collection. I have not looked in for many years.
the first thing that caught my eye was one of these

I think this is either some sort of joke or a misprint.

No, it's what is printed in the link.

However, it also states "1890 was the thirteenth year in which the so-called Morgan dollar was issued"

so it should be 1878 -1904

I've always been interested in old coins and took my metal detector to France when we lived there. Illegally I think. Going round our "big" lawn I found four 1940's coins. The big surprise however was a Teller mine! I reported it and it was removed by a branch of the armed forces.
