We are renovating a beach flat in La Grande Motte (near Montpellier).
(We own the flat BTW)
We need some electrics work done.
The flat is 24 sq metres. It is tiny. So not a big job.
1) Replace the electrics board (tableaux).
2) Create some lignes direct for a cooker, washing machine and wall heater/heaters.
3) Make sure all the electrics are hunky dory and within the norms.
You can sleep in the flat.
The flat has panoramic sea views and is 100 metres from the beach.
You have to be qualified, and legal to work in France.
Any other questions, just ask.
Any takers ?
Sorry we cannot help. We are currently running down to retirement and closure of the company in September. When speaking to any French, or other, electricians the term "
lignes direct" should perhaps be replaced with
circuit électrique spécialisé. Bon courage.
