70% have lambed, we have 74 lambs from 47 mothers at the moment . still about 20 to go , the frost is not helping , the rain will be welcome tomorrow . Half are out in the day , but it is still too dry to let them eat all the grass.

Circumstances dear boy. A lot of people voted for Hitler but I doubt they were all ardent Nazis. Ah yes ,Mr Hitler, the British Arch-villain . Boris was well known , before he was voted in by the MPs as PM. He didn't change. There are still a lot of folk that would vote for him again !

Oh yes. Adopt the "I'm alright Jack" attitude. Let those hapless morons stew in their own self-inflicted juice.

Twas me that used it, they are so small I cannot even see what they are, I hovered the mouse over them and that one said ROFL, I dont know what that means but it made me laugh Seriously though the choice of smileys is abysmal, no embarrassed red cheeks, no thumbs up, no light bulb (moment), well they might all be there if I could actually see them Maybe things will improve after the cataract op in 3 weeks, if it goes wrong emoticons will be the least of my problems.

You live in France so stop worrying about the UK. I am a British citizen, with family in the UK, so I will damn well say what I want. I also have views on other countries and their leaders. Those that live on small islands can suffer from blurred vision. Open the window and look out, or better still turn round and look at what's going on around you.

I think I am right in saying that Hitler was reviled by more than just the British. The average Brit is not a political animal, with most paying little or no attention unless it affects their daily lives. Alexander Boris Johnson was not well known outside of being Mayor of London. 67% of those eligible to vote did so. 43% of those voted Conservative. So, far from being the landslide so often quoted, it was in fact only 1% increase in the number of votes in 2017, but because of the voting system in the UK it resulted in more seats. 365 members of parliament put Johnson in Number 10. Given that his true character has been unveiled to the politically naive I hope that some sense of morality will be returned to our political lives. If not I fear all is lost in England.

I wish you well for the op. As someone who has a deteriorating eye condition, I know the fear of losing your sight. Good luck.

I agree entirely Jackie , but it is always the same comparison .What about, Brigadier Dyer or Cyril Radcliffe or Winston Churchill? The "heroes" of the empire!

Would it be possible for one of the Mods to have a word about this endless bitching and bickering amongst the Brittany contingent on here, please? Whatever went (or goes) on on their local forums, it should stay there.

Would it be possible to know which posts were actually insults. I have to admit I may well have missed them but are we to see any complaint, even one complaint be enough to declare a post insulting and therefore posts be deleted? On here I often see ex PM Johnson being heavily insulted and those insults stay on, if I were to be a dyed in the wool blue Tory, could I ask for those posts to be deleted also? I hate the word "snowflakes" but is this what is known as acting like them? I sincerely hope not, we are after all adults I believe.

On here I often see ex PM Johnson being heavily insulted and those insults stay on I frequently see 52% of the voting population called dimwitted knuckle dragging racists and often worse. If peoples feelings really are that strong 6 years after the event how do they cope or behave in company believing that of a good proportion of the people around them?
