The only thing that comes to mind is houmous, but eating garlic for breakfast, while effective at repulsing any lingering vampires, won't gain me any friends You could make it without garlic? It would spead on crispbread but it might not tempt your appetite. But if you can manage to eat crispbread for breakfast, I'm sure you'd cope!

and will also try making some garlic-free houmous Oops! You've already thought of that. I mustn't reply to posts on page 1 before looking for subsequent pages. But having read the following posts, I think you're on the right track with some kind of egg mixture, especially as you have plenty of them.

Discovered sesame-flavoured crispbreads, too, so it would be fairly tasty....

Kippers ! Freshly seized by the Navy this morning. Small bony fish of any description are out. Don't care who caught them

Aah kippers for breakfast, that recalls some old memories of sitting with the CEO of Rio Tinto at his breakfast table in his Guildford mansion enjoying a very delicious kipper and eyeing his very delicious daughter. Long story. The jugged kippers were fantastic I could taste them all day after that.

Most supermarkets seem to have them on the fish counter, might be worth a look

Bovril is one of our toppings for crispbread and toast. You could go Scandinavian and have some fish paste on them, typical of a smorgasbord.
