I had a trawl through some of the links within the link and was surprised my the frequencies of changes in the law, to put it mildly. I can not remember the specific links within the the link. This may have been a mistake. Perhaps I should have made a better note. It struck me that this became fashionable in the early 1970s to make laws that as far as I can tell are to do with Jurisdiction and changes of county catchment areas and constituencies. I asked myself why this should be done and why there had been an overwhelming surge in changes from the late 1990s Not that I am highly skeptical about politicians and their minions, but, it struck me that if it were possible for mere mortals to analyse the raw data there would be a very high chance that these changes were directly connected with gerrymandering. |
