NO.... not what you are thinking. with the start of boys and girls threads, can these be groups that we can avoid as we do with games threads. Talking of which, why is the wordle thread not part of the games group that I do not want to see?

Talking of which, why is the wordle thread not part of the games group that I do not want to see?As Wordle did not leap into life before Jan 2022 Mark did not get round to putting Wordle into the Games group before he died. I will ask Johnny if he can now add it.
You won't see the Girls threads .. you can only see the conversations that went on before the female only group was created.
Edit : My mistake - Mark did add Wordle to the Games list in 2022 but Wordle has changed hands since then which possibly caused the problem.

Talking of which, why is the wordle thread not part of the games group that I do not want to see? It seems not. I think that if possible this could and should be modified. @ PE. You have no idea what I am thinking and nor does anyone else

I think that the WOrdle puzzle should be moved to the Games/puzzles thread.
Ooops.. upon checking I see that it exists there.
Bit of a conundrum, I occasionally use the Games thread. I suppose it is a question of taking a firmer grip on my feelings……

You won't see the Girls threads .. you can only see the conversations that went on before the female only group was created. I thought you said you were in favor of the group excluding contributions from all but "girls only" but that it should be visible to all, is this not the case now? Also I noticed that you had "girls only" in your forum profile like some had "gamer" or non gamer" but this is no longer there. What is the status of the girls only section of the forum? I do hope that it has not become that which you you were against.
P.S. good work on getting the wordle thread contributions non visible on active topics.

The 'good work ' wasn't by me .. that was Johnny. Plus I wasn't against the creation of a section for female-only discussion .. you're mixing me up with someone else. I was against the use of the word 'Ladies'.

Thanks JD, Suein 56, it seems that it was a popular request. Why PCPA wants to be able to see the girly bits is very interesting.

Thanks JD, Suein 56, it seems that it was a popular request. You could go as far as saying it justifies the creation of a hidden group for the girls….🤔

Thanks JD, Suein 56, it seems that it was a popular request. Why PCPA wants to be able to see the girly bits is very interesting. Why you would misrepresent my words to say such a thing should be of equal interest.
Neither is of interest to me, I know by now what to expect of a very small group of people, I dont argue with them, I don't criticise them, I certainly don't insult them and manipulate their words as they do to me and to others.
I only react sometimes, and this is an instance of it, to refute when I am misquoted or motives are attributed to me that are simply not true, not all of the time but there is a danger that when certain contributors make a habit of repeating the same mantra it becomes accepted.
What people say amongst themselves or on a private forum group is their business but if its concerning an individual on the same forum unless they are genuinely fearfull of the repercussions, in which case said person should be banned, then they really should express them on the open forum.
And before any more accusations of paranoia I am mindfull of the time that someone went to the trouble of finding my E-mail address to tell me that I really should have a look at what was being said about me in the Chat Room, I was pleased to see that it turned out not to be a discussion but one single inappropriate comment from our dear departed mentor, nobody followed it up perhaps mindfull that the comments in there could be read by all members, you had to join the group to post but not to read.
