In case herbivore is right and @jsks hasn't had the time to reply, nor @ally had time to create one, here's another to be getting on with. Once again, a straightforward reading of the clue and applying the right sequence is all you need to find the answer.
My first is time; my second isn't clear (5)

I was going to guess 'misty' but I can't justify the 'y' You're correct with 'misty', Crystal. 'My first' = m(the first letter of 'my'), 'is time' = is t, 'my second' = y (the second letter of 'my') => m is t y, which isn't clear.
