I assume you are referring to Brexit with your 51% comment? Obviously no mention of it in the article which was about how slow the BOE was to react to WORLD events. Everything in hindsight for the US 11 interest rate rises over the same period bet they regret Brexit now! The 100% that is. Everything in hindsight for the EU similar situation bet they regret Brexit now the 100% that is. Do you spend your whole time trawling media to find something that fits with your agenda? Sad once again. Get a life & move on. We have.

Good for you. I am perfectly happy with my life as it is. There is nothing I enjoy more than angling.

OK for the 100th time that I have asked a brexiteer, please let me and I am sure others would like to know, what has brexit done for the UK apart from fail and one of your no doubt heroes, Mr Farage has finally admitted it has been a failure but sadly his promise to leave has not materialised, proving he is nowt but a shallow big mouth and chancer of the top order

Never mind the U.K. Britexit has made the extreme minority exceedingly powerful and wealthy. I only hope that they get their just desserts.

Nifty - Think you’ve touched a nerve there with garbo who despite his claim obviously hasn’t moved on…😆
Brexiteers are getting a bit tetchy now the reality is sinking in and are resorting to the most tenuous claims to back up their stance. I saw one guy being interviewed about brexit benefits and all he could come up with is that he saw more Produce from New Zealand in the supermarket like you couldn’t get NZ lamb before brexit.

One thing Gobbo, gobsh1te or whatever his name is never does is to answer pertinent questions.

Rule 1
Don’t put a learner of chancer on the driving seat -
“ I think there are very big lessons about how we operate monetary policy in the face of very big shocks”
Do you really believe that the ‘guys and gals’ at the top of the tree were learners? They presumably knew exactly what they were doing.

I wonder what the tutors of Andrew Bailey’s PhD really thought about his ability to learn from history. I am shocked to learn that at least he didn’t go to Eton. I wonder how the head of the Bullingdon Club spotted him? looks like he never read about the South Sea Bubble, never mind the Greek banking issues……
