I sincerely hope you are wrong, but we'll have to wait and see. I often wonder why such a lack of Ukraine news coverage lately. It seems Israel is the fashionable news topic at the moment. For Ukraine you have to search the internet for alternative sources. Le Monde (Android App) has two or three updates daily on Ukraine.

Don't talk to be about Android phones. I am battling with ours at the moment to get it to show me an on screen keyboard so I can write something in a browser search box. Seems Google has a monopoly with Android phones to force you to get a Google account and use their microphone and speak to the Assistant for every search. Of course that is all recorded and stored for analysis by Google.

A new immigration law which includes giving UK non-residents who own a second home in France the right to an ‘automatic’ visa to come to France for stays of more than 90 days has been voted through definitively by the French parliament today.
Article 1er K will add new wording to France’s main legal code on borders and immigration.
It says: “The long-stay visa is issued automatically to British citizens owning a second home in France. They are therefore exempt from having to make an application for a long-stay visa.

Johnny, this is a very large and complex bill. Many, if not all, of the changes will require various décrets, arrêtés, and procedures to be put into place in order to be applied, so it is entirely possible that the full effects of the bill will not be known for quite some time.

I have been looking for a clear statement but nothing firm has appeared in the UK news. Today The Times has a report that looks good on the surface but it does remind us that the “Supreme” Court in France could remove it. I wouldn’t mind showing the deeds to my house at the EU border if I can avoid 90/180.
