Lazy day - that’s good as I’ve felt a bit under the weather and apart from cooking lunch I’ve done nothing but read and nap.

But not all of us are paraskevidekatriaphobic, so that's okay. Well I've turned my horse shoes upside down cos that's the way for luck in France or so I'm told by my French neighbour who insists that my way (as we would put them in the UK) is bad luck! Interesting, Mrs A - I thought as you, but apparently there are two schools of thought, as below. |

Also the start of many soccer (football) leagues around europe and the uk.
Most of the Irish bars have closed here in Valencia or the remaining ones are 4-5€ for a pint so it will be a €2,80€ 12 pack from from Mercadonna and streaming at home...

I'm not sure what is the 'UK' way, but in Ireland you must hang them in a 'U' so the luck doesn't fall out. I told my French neighbour his was the wrong way round and later that day it had been changed!  |
