It's a beautiful morning here. It was hot yesterday and it's going to be even hotter today. If only the wind would die down.

Same here 16c this morning 27C yesterday PM, sat outside, sheltered from the breeze, cold beer in hand what's not to like!

26 in the courtyard,blazing sun and a very slight northeast breeze.
Did bit of potting up in the shade.
Leave them shaded for a day or two

Just finished my last 'paid' grass cut and pool clean and it was bloody boiling, car said 32 degrees.

I've just finished giving the front balcony steps a second coat of paint. They're s/w facing and the sweat was running off the end of my nose it was so hot. It's not an ideal time of day but the stray cat eats at the top of the steps morning and mid afternoon so I have to work round his comings and goings.

I've just come back from a small village on the southern side of the Loire, in between Angers and Saumur. It was baking hot, the sun was bouncing off the cottages lining the narrow streets. Beautiful.
