We've had a cold, clear night with lots of stars visible around midnight .. 2.7° this morning but the sun is already shining. It promises to be a lovely day.

To give a direct answer, bl**dy awful; hard, wet rain and danger of flooding all over again!

We had heavy rain all through the night here in Berkshire, which continued until after lunch, and again flooded the flower borders. The birds have been enjoying the floods, flying from the seed feeders and having baths.
I went round the garden while it was dry over the weekend and have lost a lot of plants, some I’ve had for many years, due to flooding on and off throughout our mild winter.
Not flooding like you had, Woolybanana - I remember the photos showing how awful it was.
The flooding at the weekend in the Gard was very bad. A family in their car were swept away and drowned from the pont submersible crossing the Gardon river at Dions, a village not far from where our apartment is situated.

Sunny Computer indicates 3C feels like 6C. It looks warmer. Probably not because the central heating is on. Dry 19 C forcast.
