I will be the lonely voice then, not watched any of it, and not one bit interested in it either, I suppose if any Brits win gold the will all be Knighted or sent up to the house of Lords.

For anyone interested, the individual dressage competition is supposedly on BBC1 (or 2) from 10.30 this morning. The GB team came third in the team event, behind Germany and the USA.

They've covered more of a couple people chatting in a studio than the events anf the events I've seen seem to have got repeated at least twice. Still, I just found this which might mean I see more than the normal few seconds of any ridden test. Here are the confirmed times for the three Team GB riders starting in today's Freestyle to Music final and contest for the Individual medals: 🇬🇧 10:20 BST – Carl Hester and En Vogue 🇬🇧 11:35 BST – Lottie Fry and Everdale 🇬🇧 12:40 BST – Charlotte Dujardin and Gio It would seem the tests ridden by other world class riders in the world won't be shown, which will make a mockery of it being competition. Unless of course, Charlotte, Lottie and Carl come 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Important events taken place and they are replaying a match, interview, moment from yesterday.
Everything else has been great. Maybe it is Eurosports fault the national providers only have the crumbs.

Don't worry about it Manonthemoon. It gave a few of us a chuckle.
Earlier I wrote this.

All this was supposed to happen on BBC1. So I set it to record as I had things to do. BBC then switched the coverage to BBC2. Thanks for that. So I saw Carl Hester and set the rest to record on BBC2. Went off to do something. Came back and found they'd switched back to BBC1 and I'd missed all but the interview with Charlotte Du Jardin after the awards when she'd won bronze. What a farce.
Still, she's now the British woman with the most ever Olympic medals. Well done Charlotte and your new (very) young horse. Looking forward to seeing you and Gio win Gold in Paris.

Laura Kenny (Trott) could beat the record at Tokyo. Indeed she might well. She does, of course have 4 medals but all gold. She's a force of nature and possibly the finest femail athlete of her generation.

I would go for Biles. She is amazing at what she does. It's just sad she has had to put up with fiddlers in the ranks and the enormous strain on her mental health. That is to be expected (not the pervs) but there should have also been someone there to help her along.

I'm sorry, but to me Simone Biles' withdrawal after a poor landing smacked of a fit of pique; okay, she didn't do it how she wanted to, but she should have stayed to support the rest of her team.

You could also add Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce to any list of untouchables. She's been at the very top of sprinting since, oh, forever.

You forgot that little man long distance runner who failed to make it this year.. Forgot his name.. English guy..
