Easy peazy, not.
Note In post from which above quote was taken I meant to write
due to not having the time to pay enough attention to the old apple tree due to what else was going on in the garden.

We had our first tomatoes today, Gardeners’ Delight - I was rather late planting them - so deliciously sweet!
I put up codling moth traps in our apple trees each year; the main one is similar to a Bramley, can’t be sure as it was planted by the first owners, we’re the second owners, bought our home 40 years ago. There’s a huge crop this year, despite a May drop as well as the June drop, but quite a lot have come down this week - the lawn is a mess with apples and a huge amount of leaves.

not so great for apples this year. We have a lot of trees , but just the " belle fille" and the cider apples are full , we will have enough and if I have time may make some cidre!

Suffering with lateral thinking again. If I have got to suffer then I shall jolly well do my best to make sure that everybody else does.
As you can see if you look at her post above, Gigi started it.
Mr. Fawlty indeed! My oh calls me Mr. Bean (who is my cousin) when I am putting on my stupid old man act.

meanwhile , back in the garden there have been no sightings of tree frogs this year , although you rarely see them , just hear them .

When I lived at Carol in the Ariege the noise that the frogs made when they were at it was almost deafening. One could hear them at a distance of about half a k. perhaps much further. I was able to identify different types. They came in all shapes and sizes and could also get pretty rowdy at village fetes and munchitados.

I searched for munchitados , couldn't find anything ,is that Portugues?
