I love a good cauliflower cheese, today I bought a cauliflower, I know you are under orders from Jamie Oliver to use the outer leaves but I never do, I don’t know if anyone does, but what interested me was it had a very large core, normally it’s quite easy to cut the Florets off, but this was extra large and quite tough, it got me thinking, I know cauliflower steak is a thing now, and I wonder if growers have adapted to this trend, as it would have been much easier to slice up and roast it.

Cauliflower steak? This is another gem like Macron's 'let them eat lentils' is it? Time to get a couple of veaux and let them loose on the lawn, methinks
