Depends on what I have or who I am trying to impress after the night before. Blueberrys, chocolate chips, banana slices on the interior & non salted butter and always warm maple syrup over the stack. This is a good recipe but I do not add the banana slices or other additives to the batter but before flipping on the un cooked side and I try to find buttermilk - all french supermarkets have it - it has arab writing on it next to the fresh milk - 150 g de farine de petit épeautre, - 2 œufs, -180 ml de boisson coco Bjorg, -le zeste d’un citron, -1/2 cuillerée à café de bicarbonate de soude, -2 cuillerées à soupe d’huile d’olive, -3 pincées de cannelle, -1 banane, -Garniture :sirop d’érable, RÉALISATION Dans un récipient creux, versez la farine avec le bicarbonate et faites un puits.
