Tonight we will be feasting on home-made Gravlax with either a choice of a Dill & Mustard dressing or a Creme Fraîche and Horseradish sauce. It will be followed by 10 hour Leg of Lamb with roast veggies. Dessert fill be decided a bit later on.

Did an Indian atelier today in the Dordogne, with the lovely chap who provides our occasional 'takeaways'. Genuine home cooking, but much more refined than what I usually produce. Chilli and tomato relish, poppadums, chicken makhani, dal, rice, raita and red onion and cashew salad. This was just the first of 4 workshops.....can't wait for the next!
