Antargaz rang perhaps 2 months ago to ask the % full capacity level in our underground tank. It was then 45%. Some time later, when the level was at 25% I checked on their site to see if a delivery was scheduled, but there wasn't one. They describe less than 30% as 'zone rouge'. Antargaz then informed us of a delivery to fill our underground tank on 11th January, by which time the tank had just under 10%. The delivery didn't happen. I rang twice the next day, hoping a lorry would be on its way. It wasn't. I was given a new delivery date of 19th January. Today. We now have less than 5%, but the gauge isn't actually calibrated below 5%, so we cannot be more accurate. I have just rung again to be told deliveries carry on until 5.30 so it still could come today. But what if it doesn't?
Has anyone else had a similar situation or can anyone suggest another line of approach we can try?

Just after 4.30 a tanker arrived. Last job of the day so he didn't have enough to completely fill our tank, but we shan't be in danger of running out for quite a while. I'm feeling very relieved now.

Hopefully they're going to come back to top it up in the near future.

Every day they have delayed, the price has gone up, so I would ask them to charge you at the price on 11/1/22 the date they agreed to fill you up and also request that they come back and fill you up at that price too.

All that sludge and water in your underground tank is not good for your system... Now it is all probably mixed up really good...
I would have called another supplier..

We are apprehensive about our delivery which is usually automatic and is due soon. I am aware of the likely extreme price rise this year but have no precise figures. After reading your account I am now ready to phone Antargaz as soon as we arrive in about ten days time. The tank is likely to have a reasonable amount left after a fairly mild winter so I hope they do not make us wait till it is almost empty.

The driver yesterday asked if we had placed the order, because those who don't at the moment are simply running out. It might be an idea to ring before you get here ..........
