A man is as old as the woman he feels, Having spent a lot of time working on cars, stood up, bent over, and laying underneath! I had to put on a new mower belt last year and it was not comfortable I found myself struggling to get up off the floor, I had to use the mudguard and then the seat to pull myself up, then I realized that I was not as young as I thought I was, since then I have bought some gel knee pads but I now try to avoid kneeling down too much, I'am 65.

Being younger than my husband I thought he would stay my age, but he fancies the young woman up the road so has to gallop around the park in the morning when she is dog walking, then sleeps the rest of the day. Still he'd love to give her a squeeze.

I think it's when your face drops to the extent that you have to force yourself to keep smiling to stop your mouth turning significantly downwards....
Yup!

It's very hard work keeping one's face in a position that doesn't look like that..... I'm not in any way suggesting this as I don't really agree with it, but, I wonder whether that's part of why people have facelifts? (Insert "thinking" smilie here...)

Not necessarily. You can be elderly when your mind and body decide to give up, regardless of actual years you have been around!
