It had to be something nasty to keep you away so long, as you say..bummer. You are being handled by experts at the moment and that is a big plus. Keep in touch, as you see we all missed you.

What a lovely surprise to find that you’re back - we’ve all been thinking of you and sending our very best wishes. Not the health news we’d hoped for, but it had to be something serious to keep you away for so long.
Sending my very best wishes to you for the rest of your chemo and to Mme FFS - it’s very tough being the supporting partner. Sending hugs to you both xx

So pleased you have returned. Everyday I have checked hoping for some news and it turned up in "Lumbago" which I studiously ignored!

Yes, well done in pulling through this far! The rest should be a doddle.

So pleased you have returned. Everyday I have checked hoping for some news and it turned up in "Lumbago" which I studiously ignored! And me! Such a shock to the system to find out the big C bogeyman has found you I know only too well. Been living with BC métastases for years now which are managed fantastically by the wonders of modern medicine and the efficiency of the French health system. Modern treatment is so much better these days. Wishing you all the best and good to see you back again.

I hope you make a full recovery might be time to stop smoking. If a full recovery is as easy as stopping smoking, things should be a doddle - fags went in the bin soon after the word 'cancer' was spoken and I don't miss them.

Well done FFS. Over 5 years ago, after pooh picking, I lit a ciggie as usual on the tractor ride back to the house. One puff and I thought - 'Yuck'. I had another puff to be sure. I have never lit another since after being a dedicated smoker for longer than I'm prepared to admit.
If only we'd known years ago how easy it would be when it happened ...................

Sorry to hear of your recent diagnosis. Fingers and toes crossed the treatment kicks the arse of those buggers.

Sorry, but I do not see the correlation from the diagnoses and smoking..
Good that you stopped though. Saving a few bob in the meantime...
Stay positive...
