Is this form still required for entry into France?
EU Plf
I've been trying to fill it in for OH who will be crossing by ferry on Wednesday. However it seems to only have a box for travelling by aircraft. Has France stopped it?

As I understand it, since 12th Feb if you are fully vaccinated to enter France from UK all you need is:
Proof of vaccination
Attestation to confirm you haven't been in contact with covid & don't have any symptoms.
No test before departure
No French locator form
