To allow a fair comparison with the cost to others I think it would be wise to specify where are the nearest source of mains water and electricity. Are there near neighbours whose homes are already connected or are you out in the wilds, some distance from suitable sources?

If you need a new concrete EDF pole it can cost 10.000. 😲 sometimes water can be 450 or thousands again as lurcher says its all down to the distance.

Even then, beware. I have heard of a case where a person assumed that he could just link into the neighbouring electrical supply, only to fond that the supply system was at its maximum and a new (and extensive) run was required costing a few tens of thousands of Euros.
The best advice is to contact the supply companies.

If you have already bought the property then this advice is too late but I always look for the nearest properties with a supply and then look on Cadastre.gouv.fr to see how many parcelles of land will need to be crossed if the owners agree.
A new Free.fr 4g antenne was erected 4 years ago which would serve my property, the régis of the aéroport put behind the scenes pressure on my Maire to not allow it so he diplomatically forgot to process the dossier meaning that after the délai had passed they got the permis de contruire tacitement.
It put their nose out of joint so after Free had erected the antenne they refused permission for the gaines to cross their land to connect to the fibre optique cabinet.
It may finally have been resolved as I had a moderate 4g signal there on my stopover at the weekend for the first time ever.

None of which is relevant to the OPs post, unfortunately. This link to EDF's English speaking helpline might help. en.selectra.info/energy-france/suppliers/edf/customer-serviceYou can ask for a devis for connection. For the water supply, you'll need to speak to your Maire or his/her secretary to find out which Company the commune uses. Then Google whoever it is and see if they've got an English-speaking helpline. Ditto for the devis. IME the biggest part of the costs were the groundworks, digging trenches etc. It's sometimes more economical to negotiate with a local BTP chap with a digger to do the necessary (or hire a digger if you know how to use one) and just get the suppliers to do the connections.
