Did you know and I did not know until 5 minutes ago. The signs on the side of buildings. You get 150 a month unless the ad has got it wrong. The property is just 15.000, it would not take a lot of money to build up a nice income buying roadside properties. somethings gone wrong back soon 150AMONTH.webp (87.46 KB)  |

Did you think that the companies just went and put their advertisement on the side of the building without giving anything to the owner of the building?

I used to think they were such an eyesore but €150 a month is a third of my pension. Where do I sign?

I worked for a while in an office next to the A4 flyover near Chiswick. One of the office blocks next door was not used and had the windows covered by scaffolding and hoarding. Upon investigation they could make more money selling advertising space than renting out as offices.

I used to think they were such an eyesore but €150 a month is a third of my pension. Where do I sign? I thought it would be something like 50 a year the house is in a dump of a village in dep 63 it's on LBC. It can be split into a couple of properties but even we would struggle to sell it. |
