What about when selling the house?
Are they required to change to a non fioul system; like a septic tank? There may be something in that. My property had had a poêle à fioul which had been removed before the sale, it has a fosse septique but despite my best efforts it has failed to produce enough heat for the house and the smell is offputting. This is when you need to do a little searching on the internet or your brain and create a system that runs off the fumes of your septic tank. |
