Do flageolet beans need supporting? Only if they are feeling down ………sorry couldn’t resist, and I don’t know the answer, I’m sure someone will though

If the variety is described as nain then it should not need support - but this year I have several nain varieties this year that are reaching for the skies. If yours are throwing out long shoots it can do no harm to put a few sticks in the ground to support them.
