You can't get them in French without paying an abonnement. To answer your question look at the top of the page.

If you click on 'Actu Fr' at the top left you can select any of the regional newspapers. If you want it translated copy the web address that's in the search bar and paste it into google translate. You can then select individual items in English.

Actually, the 'headline' items are available free of charge. as here for La Manche. At the right hand side other regions' headline clips are also available.

After all this time I had no idea you could put a website into google translate. Having done that for the original article, I clicked on other headings like Pension Reform and was amazed that they came up in English too. Of course it's google translate English but still great for getting the gist of latest developments.
