But only 115 from France. Sweden has sent 1100 brits home since brexit some due to not knowing they needed to apply for anything or other that were late sending in there paperwork for residency.

Any stats on Spain? There was a flurry of news for a short time and then it all went quiet. It sounded like there were lots being given short notice to bugger off back to blighty.

Can you please post the source of the information you are giving Mysty?
115 expulsions from France or 115 OQTF's issued? and over what time period?

Obligation de quitter le territoire Français.
Which is in practice anything but an obligation.

A very interesting read and shows how journalism with an agenda can choose their words to get their message across to those feeling vulnerable, so much of it went on during the Brexit negotiations causing untold unnecessary angst.
Headline says "Expelled' text goes from "removal orders" to the "suggestion that they were asked to leave" then "a number have been forced to leave', well how many would that be then and did they leave of their own free will or were they removed forceably?
I do not understand the guys rationale for complaining that Sweden are doing the job more efficiently than other EU countries, somebody has to be the first and last.
I won't be worrying yet about my lack of a carte de sèjour.

Do that many people ignore a OQTF? I do know of a couple of people who have been issued..one is someone in my French class who made the mistake of using an expensive handholder to guide them through the registration process. Mind you, they are post Brexit arrivals so are not protected by the terms of the withdrawal agreement. The other people I know of who have had difficulties are people whose adult children were not resident prior to Brexit and so have no right to residence unless they can prove that they are dependent on their parents or they are carers for their parents. I would guess most people do actually leave when told.

Last released figures were that only 7% are executed, a downward trend.
Your mention of the adult children dependant on their parents made me think of that Potty Mouthed woman on Facebook who had been served with an OQTF when she was scared into applying for a Titre de Sèjour like many others before the procedure for Article 51 (or whatever is marked on the carte I don't have) entitlement was finalised.
Unfortunately for her retired parents that they were mooching off the OQTF was rescinded, I bet they are no longer here though.

Where an OQTF would serve well is if someone left the country and tried to return, assuming that a marker was added to their electronic data and it was picked up, most however would simply cross the border from a bordering EU country.
Probably the ones that are executed are those involving a €2K payment and a free coach ride to their country of birth, rinse and repeat.
