Sorry if this has been covered - I searched.
I thought a change of ownership was now entirely done online. However, the Certificate of Cession has to be completed by both seller (me) and buyer so presume I have to physically download the form, complete by both of us,signed, etc. and then upload somewhere back onto their site to get the number they will send me, to give the buyer?
Is that correct?

I found this - so no printing involved.
It seems the code is made available to you online and you pass it on to the buyer who needs to input it into his purchase application on ANTS within 14 days of it having being rec'd by you. Someone who has actually done it will, hopefully, be along soon.

Thanks, Sue. To fill in the form online requires signing by both parties, and I just didn't know how to do that, or get the buyer to sign off his info, online on my PC! I worked out how I could type the info into the form online but the signing bit I couldn't work out at all.
