It the technician does not arrive within the hour (knowing theFrench it dosent seem likely that they will)

Someone was here during the week beginning the 24th May working on the fibre outside. When he left our internet wasn’t working.
Rang orange and had visit from technician on Saturday 29th April. Problem solved.
Monday 1st May no internet and blocked from Orange. Fête du travail so rang Orange next Day.
Technician to come Saturday between 8am and 1pm. Didn’t arrive. We went out 1.05.
Had phone call at 1.45 to say tech been and we weren’t here. Explained we had been here between 8am and 1pm and no one been or called. Normally tech phones or comes to the door when he arrives.
Spoke to orange again on Tuesday 9th May and new rdv fixed for Friday no time given.
Friday, no tech arrived by 15.30 so rang Orange. Very helpful advisor made new rdv for Monday 15th. Received text from Orange SAV at 15.37 to say I was absent for the rdv.
Rang Sade Telecom at Béarn 0533750019 where the tech comes from. I was told tech had been, I was told she and her co worker had called me. I said we had been home all day waiting for the tech. Also that my phone was at my side all day. She said that my phone must have been turned off or the sound turned down. I replied that I had had 2 other calls that day which had come through normally. She was very impolite.
Note I had not received a text message to confirm this rdv.

I spoke to 3 Orange advisors on the English helpline who were all extremely helpful
However I was promised a RDV téléphonique on 05/05 between 17.00 and 18.00 which never happened.
Also one on the 06/05 between 13.00 and 14.00 which never happened.
At 09.19 on the 2 May my orange account was blocked for security reasons.
When I spoke to the second advisor on Tuesday 09/05 she was able to help me unblock the account. However it has again been blocked.
As my account is blocked and the internet via orange is not working I cannot use the fixed phone and I am now incurring charges on my mobile phone as I have used my allowance.
