Today I cannot connect to BBC R4 on my tablet. It is OK on my portable. I am getting a Microsoft page saying I must accept or refuse cookies or modify. I refused and then modified and finalement accepted. But, the page stays the same and I am blocked and can't access. Any thoughts.

In fact I now find that I cannot access anything as the same page comes up.

Fine on my tablet. Just agree to cookies and you'll be fine.

As you see above, I have and after clicking agree it doesn't return to the page selected.

Yes. It's an Amazon Fire tablet about 15 years old. Any site I select it will find and as soon as the page comes up it is blocked with the request to choose or deny cookies; If you tap accept it blinks which shows it has reacted but nothing happens .

I don't particularly want to reset to factory settings, as I don't think that will alter anything.

We regularly get a no signal on the telly watching BBC. Looked like some was trying to block the signal. No problem on the I- pad.
